Bainville Man Pleads Not Guilty To Aggravated Assault

Eric Wayne Newton appeared before the Roosevelt County District court on Oct. 26 and entered a plea of not guilty to the charge of aggravated assault.
The alleged assault took place on Sept. 24 at Gracie’s Bar and Casino in Bainville.

Community Comes Together To Support Food Bank

Over the last few weeks, Nov. 5 through 19, Culbertson Public Schools participated in Montana State University’s “Can The Griz” for food banks, a state-wide engagement.

Bainville Council Works With School On Town Logo

Bainville Town Council met in the Town Hall on Wednesday, Nov. 16 where a Public Works update was given and progress was made on deciding on designs for the Town of Bainville’s future logo.

County Commissioners Approve Numerous Bids

On Tuesday, Nov. 22, the Roosevelt County Commissioners held their first regularly scheduled meeting in three weeks. There were numerous items on the large agenda and several purchases for county departments were approved.
